Most game-night issues can be fixed in a few seconds.

I was disconnected

Open the original invitation link, choose Reconnect, enter the same display name, and use the reconnect code shown throughout your game. If the app is still open, your code appears in the room header.

Friends cannot join

Check that everyone has the complete invitation link and the correct room password. The host may also need to approve a player or unlock the lobby.

The game is not updating

Confirm that the device has an internet connection, then close and reopen the app. Your seat can be restored with your reconnect code.

Report a problem or request data deletion

Email Mohagamy4@gmail.com. For a useful report, include the game name, room code, approximate time, device type, and what happened. Never include your room password or reconnect code.
